This man was by far the greatest. Loved his wife, his children, his grandchildren and his great grandchilden. Always laid back and content. Never said a bad word about anyone, he enjoyed the drink but enjoyed the company of his family more. My grandad was a good man, a brave man, a happy man. He was the glue that kept our family together. Not a day goes by that I dont miss him, or think about him. Eventhough he's gone I know hes still watching over us all. You always kept me strong gramps and I know your still with me and all of us. You will always be in my heart. RIP Gramps. We love and miss you x

To my wonderful Gramps, I agree with what everyone else has wrote...You were The Best Grandad, definately the person that kept our family strong and 'together'. You made us laugh so much esp on the Christmas nights when u used to sneak us beer and nana's punch!!! I miss u everyday gramps but i know u r watching over me, the brightest star! You were taken from us too soon and i'd give anything to have you back with us, keeping us all strong. The strongest, kindest, calmest man with the biggest heart u r missed so much by your whole family. I love you Gramps x x x x

Tommy you were a big man with a heart of gold. Hearing you sing those irish songs in the Railway or at your house parties was one of the fondest highlights of my life.
A guy who would go out of his way to help anybody. Tommy you were one in a million and im so glad you embraced me with your warmth and friendship, you will never be forgotten.
